Our Design and Installation/Repair services are categorised as "Minor" or "Major" depending on the services required. These prices are MAX VALUES.
Material is procured on behalf of the client at COST+5% (with original invoice from supplier) and delivered on site. This is to ensure no misuse of "Material+Percentage" payment terms.
FULL material cost to be paid before procurement of materials.
These terms are in place to allow both price structure and flexibility per project to allow us to charge our service our clients fairly.
Discounts apply on bundled services and turn-key solutions.
